The Ocean's Supermum is a natural history documentary from producer Tina Dalton and director Susan McMillan featuring previously unknown underwater behaviour, and a passionate and engaging scientist whose mission it is to unlock the secrets of the most devoted of all marine mothers, the Australian Sea Lion.

Featuring stunning visuals and filmed on Dangerous Reef, in the remote waters off Southern Australia, The Ocean’s Supermum will reveal one creature’s great devotion to her young and the continuation of her lineage, despite battling with historical foes and the forces of environmental change. The Australian sea lion is one of the most endangered pinnipeds in the world.
